Pocket Aces is my first trombone section feature with jazz band. It has a shuffle-like Green Onions feel. As usual in a feature such as this, the trombone parts are more advanced than the rest of the band. Solos may be played by any trombone, as well as piano, bass and/or guitar. This is a great chart for any band with a hot-shot trombone section. Special thanks to Dr. Alexandra Zacharella for playing (nailing) all trombone parts in the demo recording!
