Who Shook is a tune written at the request of my good friend, awesome bass player and composer, Don Colquitt. I took a blues riff from Dons concert band tune Mean Dog Blues and derived this cool shuffle. The tempo indication says Shook Shuffle which is just medium shuffle. The harmonic language is a nod to the great Brian Setzers track Stray Cat Strut. The solo section is open for anyone who wants to blow some minor blues. This tune would be a great teaching tool for basic shuffle riffs.
